What should I do if I get the diffuser oil on my skin or in my eyes?

In case of contact with skin, rinse immediately with plenty of soap and water. If it gets into your eyes, rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. If irritation persists, seek medical advice.

Are Airy Aroma Products Pet-Friendly?

Airy Aroma's home reed diffuser is alcohol-free. However, it contains certain ingredients that may be hazardous if directly touched. It is designed exclusively for diffusion purposes and should not be ingested or applied directly to skin or pets.<br><br>Please be advised that no product can be guaranteed to be 100% pet-friendly or safe for all animals due to varying individual sensitivities and allergies. Therefore, we cannot provide a definitive assurance that our products are safe for pets. For the safety of your pets and children, we recommend placing the diffuser in an area out of their reach.

Are your fragrance oils synthetic or natural?

Airy Aroma uses a blend of essential and synthetic oils. While we understand some people prefer 100% essential oils, we’ve found that natural oils may not suit everyone’s taste and evaporate quickly, which can affect the scent. All ingredients are 100% sourced from Japan.

Do you use artificial colouring?

No, we do not use artificial colouring. The yellow colour in some products comes naturally from certain fragrant oils, like rose oil.

How long does the scent from a diffuser last?

Each 250ml reed diffuser can last from 1.5 to 6 months. The longevity and scent intensity can vary depending on room conditions, the number of reeds used, and ventilation. When more reeds are used, the fragrance will be stronger, but the diffuser may have a shorter lifespan. Conversely, using fewer reeds will result in a more subtle scent but a longer-lasting fragrance experience.
